Oodrive’s Restricted Data offering is designed for organizations that handle sensitive information classified as “Restricted Distribution,” in accordance with Interministerial Instruction 901 (II901) from the General Secretariat for Defense and National Security, under the supervision of ANSSI.It primarily concerns government agencies, operators of vital importance (OIVs), and companies in regulated sectors such as defense, energy, finance, or healthcare, which require a sovereign and highly secure collaborative environment to process and share sensitive data.

A Restricted Data certified environment is an information system compliant with Interministerial Instruction II901. It ensures that sensitive data is protected in accordance with specific security requirements (access, traceability, availability, etc.). Certification is mandatory for any organization handling information marked “Restricted Data.”

This is a key requirement for processing sensitive or sovereign data, particularly in regulated sectors (public sector, OIV, finance, etc.).
